My partner & I both were born & raised in the northeastern part of the country! There is also the worry of problems occurring while the home is empty & escalating into major disfigurement before anyone notices! Investing into a condo automation system for both residences has gave a great deal of peace of mind. The automation system allows us wireless access from anywhere at any time. My buddy and I have surveillance cameras that supply real time footage via our smartphones, tablets or tablets.
