It seems like everyone I deal with these afternoons is mad.
I mean some of the faces I see around me are just irritated or complete stone.
It’s so refreshing to walk inside the commercial Heating and A/C of a shop plus someone really says hi with a smile. And there is no reasoning with some folks. They are right plus you are wrong, so deal with it. That type should never have any amount of unserviced power! When it comes to the HOA in our community, they are about to get serviced, my pal and I live two doors down from this charming older gentleman who is a widower plus a pensioner. What went a long way 30 years ago doesn’t go as far as it does to morning. So he’s on a strict budget, but his household plus household are a show place as he takes such great care of his yard. That man hardly spends a minute inside the air conditioner because he is manicuring his household plus it shows, but the HOA are threatening this dear man with fines plus litigations because of the Heating and A/C equipment. The HOA says it’s too old, noisy plus an eyesore. That’s a crock plus I’m getting the community to show up at the next HOA meeting. My pal and I are not resting for this sort of harassment when this man adds only value to our community. There is just no way that a homeowner can be forced to update heating plus cooling equipment that still works great. This gentleman spent his currency on consistent, seasonal maintenance so it would run this long! No way the HOA is getting away with this unserviced.
