It seems like everyone I deal with these days is mad.
I mean some of the faces I see around me are just angry or complete stone.
It’s so refreshing to walk inside the commercial HVAC of a shop and someone actually says hi with a smile. And there is no reasoning with some folks. They are right and you are wrong, so deal with it. That type should never have any amount of unchecked power. When it comes to the HOA in our community, they are about to get checked. We live two doors down from this lovely older gentleman who is a widower and a pensioner. What went a long way 30 years ago doesn’t go as far as it does to day. So he’s on a strict budget. His house and property are a show place as he takes such great care of his yard. That man hardly spends a minute inside the air conditioning because he is manicuring his property and it shows. But the HOA are threatening this dear man with fines and litigations because of the HVAC equipment. The HOA says it’s too old, noisy and an eyesore. That’s a crock and I’m getting the community to show up at the next HOA meeting. We are not standing for this sort of harassment when this man adds only value to our community. There is just no way that a homeowner can be forced to replace heating and cooling equipment that still works great. This gentleman spent his money on consistent, seasonal maintenance so it would run this long. No way the HOA is getting away with this unchecked.
