I’ve been slacking a bit with my diet over the past six or eight months just due to laziness, but now I am going to rev up the workouts and tighten up the diet again for the coming year.
I am not that out of shape but I can see more fat around my waist and less muscle on my body.
I think I can whip myself into shape in about three months if I really focus on it. It is tough to cut out all sugar, but it is possible if you don’t have any in your house. HVAC equipment repairs help keep me in shape too because I do a lot of lifting and moving of heavy equipment, but I need to get my diet better and lay off all sugar again. It is easy to eat a little sugar here and a little there and think you aren’t eating that much, but the stuff is in everything and it all adds up in the long run. I work as an HVAC technician and need to be strong and flexible for my job, so I am going to get rid of all of the bad food in my diet and focus on being really healthy once again. I do yoga every day but I haven’t been lifting weights as regularly as I used to. I will start working out with this new contractor when I go back overseas and we will also run after working all day at the heating supplier shop that he owns. I have my plan ready to go.
