My boyfriend is going to visit me this weekend.
I had just spent the weekend cleaning the house.
I wanted him to think I live in a very clean place. I do but I wanted to make sure it was extra clean. I did not want it to be dirty for sure. I was so ready for him to come visit. It was only a couple of days before he was coming to visit and the furnace went out. It completely broke down and I couldn’t believe it. I would rather my house still be dirty than have the HVAC system shut down. That was a much more complicated and expensive process. I had to call an HVAC technician because there was nothing I could do about it. The HVAC technician came to visit my house and look at the system. He noticed that the filter was very clogged with dirt and dust. In all the hustle and bustle of cleaning the house, I forgot about the filter. I really needed to replace the filter. It was that time of the month again. The HVAC system was trying so hard to push the air through the filter and it couldn’t it cause the system to overheat. WHen it overheats the system shuts down. It does not restart again until the filter is changed. it will not work until the filter is changed. I should have been thinking a little more. Next time I will have to be sure to think about cleaning the filter to make my whole house clean. Luckily, the problem was taken care of before my boyfriend came to visit.
