When I took over as the manager for my office, I was overwhelmed with all of the accounts I had to keep track of. I asked her if she would mind calling around or seeing who the neighbors used for Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C service. She was successful and abruptly securing a new Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company to come out and service the a/c. After that, she was my go-to person. She was always quick and helpful in assisting me with my newly bought duties. I recently promoted her and have her a well-deserved raise in pay.
