There is nothing that can be scarier than having a mouse running around in your house.

There is nothing that grosses me out more. My cat loves hunting the mice especially during the winter time. It kind of helps me out though. Mice a real problem during the winter. This is especially true for my HVAC system. They can cause a lot of damage. They chew through wires, gets stuck in the system and they might even die there. If they die there it causes smells to come through the air. The air is not clean at that point and I need to call someone to have them come clean it out. It also causes a lot of bacteria to grow. So, mice are not a good thing to have in the home especially in the winter time when I am trying to use my heating system. In fact it is the worst. I just had a problem where my HVAC system had stopped working. I had to call the HVAC business for a guy to come look at it. He said there was a mouse that had chewed through one of the wires. He was going to have to replace it. He did not find a dead mouse though. Usually they die when they chew through wires like that. If you notice that you have a mouse problem during the winter be aware that they can cause a lot of damage in your home. It is never a fun time.
