My favorite place in the world is the movie theater! It fascinates me beyond compare.
Reading about the history alone is enough to keep me captivated for hours. Years ago, movie theaters showed silent films. Then they added live music with musicians playing music along with the silent films. Finally, sound was added to make movies come alive. I also love the magical feel of the movie theaters. The sound of happy chatter, the smell of buttery popcorn, and the feel of the recliners make me so happy. Movie theaters are my first choice when it comes to date nights and hanging out with my friends. All of my friends have come to expect this from me. The only part of the movie theater that drives me crazy is the cold temperatures. This is obviously out of my control, but it still drives me nuts. I am always cold at the movies, no matter what the temperature is outside! The cooling systems in all movie theaters are always working at full speed. I have been to many movie theaters and they all seem to have this problem. I am sure there is some logical explanation for this, such as the movie equipment needs cooler temperatures. However, this doesn’t change the fact that it is always so cold to the point of discomfort! Considering I am a frequent movie goer, I need to find a solution to be more comfortable. I usually bring extra sweaters with me to stay warm during the movies. I don’t always remember to bring a sweater though due to the fact that I am a forgetful person. I wish this problem was in my control!
