It seems like all the people I deal with these days is mad.
- I mean some of the faces I see around me are just miserable or complete stone.

That guy hardly spends a minute inside the air conditioner because he is manicuring his house as well as it shows… But the HOA are threatening this dear guy with fines as well as litigations because of the HVAC equipment. The HOA says it’s too old, noisy as well as an esureore. That’s a crock as well as I’m getting the community to show up at the next HOA meeting. My friend and I are not kneeling for this sort of harassment when this guy adds only value to our community. There is just no way that a homeowner can be forced to replace heating as well as cooling component that still works great. This gentleman spent his currency on consistent, seasonal repair so it would run this long, and no way the HOA is getting away with this unchecked.
