When my husband said that he wanted to open his own corporation I was immediately on board. I was never honestly fond of his seasoned boss or his schedule at work. It seems like he was always getting stuck with the worst shifts & my pal and I could barely manage to live a functional life because of his overwhelming amount of responsibility. At that point, he might as well own his own corporation because he was working 24/7. My pal and I decided to go ahead & open a brand new heating, cooling, & air quality control shop after consulting with a bank about the corporation loan. Immediately, my pal and I found that operating a heating & cooling service dealership was not as straight-forward as my pal and I ever expected, of course, there are going to be challenges with getting the corporation off the ground. My pal and I had to invest in a lot of HVAC appliances, heating & cooling licensure, & brand new air quality control technologies. However, it was the heating & cooling specialists who really made things difficult. My pal and I could not afford to hire the most senior HVAC workers in the world. Air quality control specialists who have been working in the HVAC industry for over 20 years come with a hefty fee. However, hiring the young boys straight out of heating & cooling certification school seemed to invite a lot of young drama into our lives. The young HVAC specialists are always fighting & bickering with each other over youthful follies, such as the attention of young girls they meet on the task. My pal and I never realized that when my pal and I opened the heating & cooling shop it would include a honest amount just babysitting.
