Our a/c fell through our roof last evening.
It was a stormy evening when it happened, and my dad thought that lightning struck our roof.
My friend and I should have seen it coming since we had seen a few cracks in the ceiling a few afternoons before and it was right under where our central a/c was installed on our roof. My friend and I almost didn’t get a central a/c because we were afraid we would have nowhere to put it, but the Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist suggested we get it installed on our roof. My friend and I called a heating and cooling company and asked if they could do anything about it, but since it was not the a/c itself that needed fixed, rather the ceiling, they could not help us, but they suggested a construction supplier we could contact. My friend and I stressed a date for a construction worker to come in and an Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist since the construction workers said that they would need the central a/c uninstalled in order to maintenance the roof. Apparently it was not soon enough because the a/c fell through the ceiling. The next afternoon, the construction workers and Heating plus Air Conditioning specialists came in and helped us wash up the mess and maintenance it. The cooling expert found a few major complications with the central a/c that happened due to the fall. They were not sure if there was any hope for the a/c unit, but they took it to their Heating plus Air Conditioning repair shop and did their best to maintenance it. I had to purchase many unusual heating and cooling equipment parts in order to get the central a/c back into usual conditioner, but it was worth it in the end when everything was fixed.
