Vineland, NJ, is a great place to work and live.
About 10 years ago, my family moved to Vineland. I got a job at the medical center and I was excited about the move down south. We were living in Northern New Jersey, but moving to Vineland took us several hours away from our first home. Our daughter was 10 at the time and she was not very excited about packing up and moving away from her friends. She begged us to let her stay with my sister, who was still local. I wanted our whole family to be together, so we made the choice not to let her stay. Eventually, our daughter started to make some friends in the neighborhood. Vineland has its own public school district with private and parochial schools as well. My daughter, who was in the 8th grade, joined the local middle school and started playing sports like basketball and soccer. We were really happy to see her find a place here in Vineland. Our house is in a great neighborhood and it’s close to shopping, restaurants, and clothing stores. We had a couple of issues in the house when we first moved to the area. One of the biggest problems was the plumbing fixtures. The plumbing fixtures were out of date and rusty. We hired a Vineland plumbing company to replace all of the fixtures. My wife and I bought all of the fixtures from a local hardware store and we contacted the plumbing company to install each one of them on the same day. It might have taken me most of the day to install all of the new fixtures, but it only took the plumber a few short hours.
