When I was first out condo searching, I thought that I was going to buy a house with two home offices and two bathrooms, and that’s all that I needed, no matter if I was by myself or if guests came to stay with me someday.
However, when I started looking around in this area, most of the homes had three or four home offices, and i figured, for the same cost as a two-home office home, I might as well get the extra space and find up-to-date ways to utilize the areas.
I instantaneously set up a small condo office in one of the extra home offices of my house. I was pretty pleased with the layout of the workspace, however the first time that I sat down to type on my laptop I noticed that it was seriously uncomfortable to be in the room for any amount of time. In fact, the indoor air felt so stale and stagnant that I wasn’t sure if I had accidentally obstructed all of the air vents with my office furniture. I started moving furniture around, trying to find the hidden air vents so I could Channel some high-quality indoor air from my central heating and cooling system, but however, after all of my efforts produce no results, I realized that the room wasn’t affixed to the central HVAC system whatsoever. In fact, there were no air ducts leading to this secondary space. That’s when I finally realized I was going to have to invest a little bit to improve the indoor air quality if I ever wanted to utilize the space. I called out my local HVAC supplier, and they particularly helped me choose a mini split ductless heating and cooling system for the room. This would provide heating and cooling power, separate from having to knock down and upgrade walls.
