My part goes through hurricane season every year, but usually, it is a lot of talk plus some light rain. Unfortunately, this year brought about high winds, horrible rain, plus a bit of harm, however a tree on my rental property fell down plus hit the roof of one of my units, but the roof overhanging the porch was totally ruined. Thankfully the unit wasn’t rented out at the time, but i didn’t want it to rest harmd honestly long though, then since it was a rental unit plus nobody was occupying it, insurance wouldn’t cover the repair. The hurricane also wasn’t considered a high enough level to be covered either. So I was totally out of pocket for that porch roof repair. I was initially super upset about being really deep in the hole over this harm. Thankfully I found a local roofing supplier that was sufficient. The roofing supplier near me was friendly plus know-howable, however he took a look at my roof plus figured out the fastest, cheapest way to do a great task. The guy did it himself in the afternoon. I did have to hire a tree removal supplier plus a clean-up crew, however the roofer was one of the cheaper tasks in the end. The guy did a great task too, then you can’t even tell where the harm was originally. I know the guy gave me a chop since it was hurricane harm plus not covered under insurance. I was really thankful for that. That is the kind of service you get when you hire a local guy though.
