Smart thermostat still hasn’t adapted

This year has really been the strangest won in American history. I guess everyone is getting pretty fed up with all of the drama that has been going on in our country for the past more than 2 months. Everyday feels like something current and more disturbing than before. As such, I’m really completely pleased to stay in my home and wait for the world to stop burning. That’s why I’ve been happily staying inside of my home and abusing my heating and cooling system for the past six months. I’m not going to poke my head out until somebody tells me that it’s safe to breathe in public again. I will stay in the safety and comfort of my own indoor air quality control unit until I know that the viral pandemic is under control. Unluckyly, I’m not the only one who has had to adapt to this current way of living indoors. My smart thermostat, for starters, has been endlessly confused since the beginning of this whole epidemic. Of course, the smart thermostat was originally programmed to fall in line with my regular work schedule. When I was out of the home for 8 hours a afternoon the heating and cooling system would turn off. When I returned apartment in the night the indoor air handling devices would anticipate my arrival and adjust the indoor air temperature accordingly. Since I’ve been toiling from apartment and socially isolated, my smart thermostat has been endlessly baffled. It can’t seem to understand my brand current schedule and insistence on using Heating and Air Conditioning all afternoon. The last thing I need is more to worry about – and this thermostat isn’t helping matters.
