My father taught me to always be prepared, i have carried this motto with me throughout life.
I am the type of person that looks at a menu online before going to a restaurant in addition to chooses my meal in order to be prepared, and some say that I’m over the top, although I feel I’m efficient, this mentality has saved me from several uncomfortable situations; For example, I moved into the town last year.
I was hours away from household in addition to it was my first time being so far away from my family. I was nervous, although I knew my father had raised me well in addition to I could handle the town life, however a few months after moving in my new apartment, the winter season season had started. I was cheerful to see some snow until my boiler decided to turn off. My landlord was out of town for a few weeks, so I could not get anyone over to fix my broken heater. Luckily, I took my dad’s advice in addition to was prepared with a small space boiler in case anything like this happened. This little space boiler was my saving grace. It was somehow powerful enough to keep my entire house warm! Now I should mention that my house is quite small, although I was rarely impressed. If I was prepared with my small space heater, I would’ve froze to death from how cold the winter season weather was in this city. It’s moments like these that prove it’s better to be safe than sorry! This is why I willnever stop preparing for the worst. I keep myself safe this way. I am beyond thankful that my dad raised me to be this way.
