You should never underquote the power of having an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C system.
It may not seem like a good idea to install one in your home.

This will leave your furniture looking far better. If you live in a moist area you amy want a dehumidifier. It would take all of the moisture out of the air & mold & bacteria will not find locales to grow as well, but keep these things in mind when you do not know you need any type of Heating, Ventilation, & A/C equipment.
