The heater at the ecumenical house broke & I had to go rescue the elderly people! The heater at the ecumenical house had been having several issues the past month, & they had tied up for a Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist to come in in one week to do an inspection on the heater, but obviously it was too late because the heater broke in the middle of a chilly cold night two days before the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist was tied up to go in. The house tried to contact the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialist, but no one responded. They ended up calling the heating & cooling corporation that I work under, & my boss sent out a group text to all the Heating, Ventilation & A/C specialists & the heater mechanics asking if anyone could go on call to save the folks at the ecumenical home, however i responded & got in my heater work truck & rushed to the scene, when I arrived, I was led to the heater room & I saw the issues immediately. The heater at the house was a boiling water boiler heater, which is my comprehension. I quickly got to work on the boiler & started first fixing the pips which were frozen, then after that, I moved on to other parts of the boiler that needed to be tuned up, and luckily, I had some heating & cooling component in my Heating, Ventilation & A/C truck so I had the parts I needed to repair the heater correctly. When I finally finished, the heater turned on & all the elderly people came out of their rooms to thank me. I felt like a hero. I have never enjoyed fixing a boiling water boiler more than that one time.
