In my office, there is a window unit a/c.
I am a fan of these types of cooling devices as they can be adjusted to cool each individual room.
I like that I can cool the one room of the cabin that I am in most of the day plus not have to worry about the rest of the cabin being too moderate because I am not in there most of the time. The one bad thing about the window unit a/c in my office is how noisey it can be, periodically, purchasers have to ask me to turn the volume up on my phone plus that they can’t hear me. When it is undoubtedly hot, occasionally I have to have the a/c on all day. I like the idea of the a/c being on plus cooling the room all day however occasionally, the window unit a/c is just too loud, however for some reason, the noise is even louder on video calls plus I am never able to keep the A/C on while I am on video calls. The window unit a/c is so loud that occasionally I get aggravated with the sound. I just want to hear nothing! I would rather hear the sound of the window unit air conditioner while working than while I am sleeping. Periodically, it wakes me up every single hour. They are so loud! Why are the window unit a/cs so loud? It’s just not something I can understand.
