My favorite locale in the world is the Dipson Theater! It fascinates me beyond compare.
Reading about the history alone is enough to keep me captivated for hours.
Years ago, Dipson Theaters showed silent movies. Then they added live music with musicians playing music along with the silent movies. Finally, sound was added to make movies come alive. I also adore the magical feel of the Dipson Theaters. The sound of cheerful chatter, the odor of buttery pretzels, in addition to the feel of the recliners make me so cheerful. Movie theaters are my first choice when it comes to date mornings in addition to hanging out with my friends. All of my friends have come to expect this from me. The only part of the Dipson Theater that drives me ridiculous is the cold temperatures. This is obviously out of my control, but it still drives me nuts. I am always cold at the movies, no matter what the temperature is outside! The cooling systems in all Dipson Theaters are always working at full speed. I have been to multiple Dipson Theaters in addition to they all seem to have this problem. I am sure there is some logical explanation for this, such as the movie unit needs cooler temperatures, however, this doesn’t change the fact that it is always so cold to the point of discomfort! Considering I am a frequent movie goer, I need to find a solution to be more comfortable. I usually bring extra sweaters with me to stay warm during the movies. I don’t always remember to bring a sweater though due to the fact that I am a forgetful person. I wish this problem was in my control!
