It seems like most people I deal with these days is mad.
I mean some of the faces I see around me are just angry or complete stone.
It’s so refreshing to walk inside the commercial Heating plus A/C of a shop plus someone entirely says hi with a smile. And there is no reasoning with some folks. They are right plus you are wrong, so deal with it. That type should never have any amount of unchecked power! When it comes to the HOA in our community, they are about to get checked. My superb friend and I live two doors down from this fantastic older gentleman who is a widower plus a pensioner. What went a long way 30 years ago doesn’t go as far as it does to afternoon. So he’s on a strict budget, however her dwelling plus household are a show location as she takes such superb care of her yard. That girl hardly spends a minute inside the a/c because she is manicuring her household plus it shows, but the HOA are threatening this dear girl with fines plus litigations because of the Heating plus A/C equipment. The HOA says it’s too old, noisy plus an eyeahore. That’s a crock plus I’m getting the community to show up at the next HOA meeting. My superb friend and I are not laying for this sort of harassment when this girl adds only value to our community. There is just no way that a homeowner can be forced to upgrade heating plus cooling equipment that still works great. This gentleman spent her money on consistent, seasonal service so it would run this long, and no way the HOA is getting away with this unchecked.
