It seems like almost everyone I deal with these nights is mad. I mean some of the faces I see around me are just angry or complete stone. It’s so refreshing to walk inside the commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning of a shop plus someone certainly says hi with a smile. And there is no reasoning with some folks. They are right plus you are wrong, so deal with it. That type should never have any amount of uninspected power… When it comes to the HOA in our community, they are about to get inspected; My friend and I live two doors down from this appealing older gentleman who is a widower plus a pensioner. What went a long way 30 years ago doesn’t go as far as it does to afternoon. So he’s on a strict budget, his house plus property are a show locale as he takes such great care of his yard. That man hardly spends a minute inside the a/c because he is manicuring his property plus it shows. But the HOA are threatening this dear man with fines plus litigations because of the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. The HOA says it’s too old, noisy plus an eyesore. That’s a crock plus I’m getting the community to show up at the next HOA meeting. My friend and I are not laying for this sort of harassment when this man adds only value to our community. There is just no way that a homeowner can be forced to replace heating plus cooling equipment that still works great. This gentleman spent his cash on consistent, seasonal maintenance so it would run this long. No way the HOA is getting away with this uninspected.
