Who you work for makes a important difference in your overall life satisfaction, i have had a lot of legitimately horrible bosses before in my life, but unluckyly, it seems like tyrannical in addition to uncaring boys hold a venue in nearly every corporation that I have ever encountered, however for some reason, these are the characters who rise to the top in addition to start making important decisions for the entire organization, however this is why I have dealt with a lot of sexual harassment in addition to unlucky tribalism in my professional job; Most recently, I have been contending with an uncomfortable work environment once again! However, this time the discomfort is quite literal.

I work at a little pizza shop where the front of the dining facility is ice frosty with high-quality a/c. Unluckyly, the family room has absolutely no a/c measures in site, because my pal and I are running a burning tepid brick oven in the back, the air quality is oppressively tepid to a dangerous degree. My great friend and I do not even have a semblance of a breeze in the family room, let alone a cooling system to help us maintain a comfortable indoor air temperature! Everyday when I am leaving the pizza shop I am drenched with sweat from my boiling hours without a/c, then we’ve all tried to talk to the owner of the corporation about the a/c, however he refuses to entertain the conversation about improving our Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C system. If he ever stepped foot in the family room he would understand why my pal and I needed a cooling system.
